We also employ specific features that help make MyCCCSAccount.com easy to use, such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript. Nearly all newer browsers are capable of supporting these technologies.

Security Standards

At MyCCCSAccount.com, we understand that security is very important to our clients. Although we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of data transmitted over the public Internet, we encrypt all data transmissions between your computer and our data center using the strongest-available, industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocols. Your messages to us are not decrypted until they are inside our firewall. There, they are subject to additional security procedures.

Encryption
The encryption process -- which scrambles your data into a form that only your browser and MyCCCSAccount.com's Web server can understand -- is an effective way to achieve data security. Encryption signifcantly reduces the possibility of unauthorized users intercepting and reading your account or transaction information.

To use MyCCCSAccount.com's Online Account Access, you must use a browser that supports 128-bit security.

User Names and Passwords
User Names are used by Money Management International, Inc. (herein “MMI”) employees as a means of identifying clients, much like your account number, and are not encrypted information. On the other hand, for security reasons, Passwords are encrypted and are known only to the user. No one at MMI will ever need to know your Password, and you should never furnish it to anyone who claims to represent MMI. Together, your User Name and Password add to the security of MyCCCSAccount.com.

Password Security
You are allowed five attempts to enter your User name and Password correctly on the login page. If you are unsuccessful, then you must wait 20 minutes to try again with your current Password, or you can select "Forgot Your User Name/Password" from the login page to change your Password. It is a good additional security measure to change your Password frequently. Simply login, and go to "Change Profile". Also, if you forget your Password, you may reset it online. Just click on "Forgot Your User Name/Password" on the login page.

You play an important role in protecting your security. Above all, maintain the secrecy of your Internet Password. Never tell anyone your Password or write it down in a place where it could be associated with your User Name. If you think that someone else may have access to your Password, please contact us immediately. It's a good idea to change your Password often (you can do this any time by going to "Change Profile").

Account Numbers
For your security, most screens in MyCCCSAccount.com display only the last four digits of your account number(s). This protects you, during the most common activities, if someone views your screen.

Automatic Log Out
As a safety precaution, after twenty minutes of inactivity we will terminate your secured session for you. If your session is terminated before you have completed your activities, simply return to the Login page to resume.

When you have finished your activities, be sure to log out by clicking on the "Logout" link. It is also a good idea to close your browser after you log out and clear your browser history occasionally to ensure that your information is cleared from your browser's memory.

Browser Navigation
As an additional security measure, we prevent pages containing your private information from being saved on your computer's hard drive. You may receive error messages from your browser requiring you to click "reload" or "refresh" to go back or forward in your session when you use your browser's back or forward buttons. Simply follow the instructions to access the last page you visited.
